Our Gurantee Policy
First time buyers in the United States and Canada may return one opened jar for a full refund if they are not completely satisfied.
Any purchaser from the USA and Canada may return unopened jars within 60 days of our shipping date and obtain a complete refund.
Overseas Orders
We accept credit cards for overseas orders up to a maximum of 3 jars.
More than 3 jars outside the USA or Canada requires prepayment, usually a Western Union money-order in U. S. dollars. (Customers must make prior arrangments with Tower to determine the price including shipping.)
Note: We do not accept credit or debit cards, paypal or wire transfers to our bank account.
Regardless of payment, Tower is responsible for shipping excellent product. Tower is not responsible for delivery problems to countries outside the USA or Canada. Overseas Buyers Beware The customer assumes all responsibility for lost or stolen shipments, delays, or any problems with customs.
Bottom Line: Tower will not refund for lost merchanise on overseas shipments.
First-time Customers
All first-time purchasers by credit-card are limited to a maximum of 3 jars. There is no limit to the number of jars on subsequent orders.
