1. What is autoship?

   Tower Laboratories charges your credit card and ships you fresh Technology products every month at the lowest single jar price.

2. Why should I become a distributor?

   After people quickly recover from heart disease, they are anxious to tell others about their experience with Tower products, i.e., how well they work and how good they taste, etc. If and when this happens to you, you can help spread the word, save money on your own purchases, earn money from purchases of the people you sign-up (called your downline).

   Furthermore, the Tower compensation program is fair, i.e., there are no preferred positions. Tower pays its Distributors on purchases by people they sign-up to five sub-levels. (See the plan) Active distributors (on autoship) receive a detailed monthly report with their commissions checks. Tower has been in business and reliably paying commissions monthly for 12 years.

3. What if I don't have a credit card?

   At this time, Tower only accepts credit cards for the monthly automatic shipment program. A Tower distributor may be able to provide you with a quantity purchase at below retail pricing

4. How do I stop my autoship?

   Cancel at any time. There are no restrictions on canceling your autoship. The easiest way is to use the Cancel Autoship psuedo-product at Tower's online store

   Alternatively, Simply contact your your Sponsor, or call the phone number on the jar.

5. Can I change the autoship interval from once per month?

   No. At this time, the Tower computer system only supports monthly automatic shipment. Speak with your Tower distributor about one-time quantity purchase options that may be available at a discount.

6. What if I live outside the USA?

   You may order up to 3 jars and Tower does autoship monthly to most countries. See: Special Policies for Overseas Customers (updated September 3, 2007).

7. How do I become a distributor and earn commissions?

   You should order the "DISTRIBUTOR SIGNUP" product at the online store.

   Distributors must have a Sponsor, they must reside in the United States or Canada, and they must agree to abide by the rules and regulations in their Tower distributor agreement which can be downloaded after paying the $25 sign-up fee.

   To remained qualified as a Tower distributor eligible for commissions, one must be on monthly autoship. A distributor in good standing (on autoship) earns commissions on sales of other distributors to five levels or to autoship customers he signed-up according to the Compensation Plan.

9. Who can purchase cases and half-cases at Wholesale?

   Distributors in good standing, Qualified Retailers and Licensed Physicians may purchase Tower products in quantity at the wholesale price.
